Who we look for

MPS is seeking a highly self-motivated intern with passion for hardware and good knowledge power electronic.  He will support the development of solution for high voltage application (including DC/DC and AC/DC topologies, current sensors, isolated driver) working inside our hardware department. 

Task:

• Validate power integrated circuits to meet the required specifications 
• Prepare hardware and software setups, together with our hardware & simulation team, to be able to measure all required parameters of our IC.
• Develop schematic and PCB to for new solutions.
• Develop device modeling (spice)
• Work with IC design team to debug and troubleshooting the device under test.
• Generate documentation and reports with all performed test.

Qualifications:

• MS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; 
• Hands-on experience in verification and trouble shooting electronic circuits (firmware and hardware). 
• Experience on the use of electronic laboratory equipment including oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem- solving environment 
• Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation 
• Self-motivated, strong team player
