Here’s the Gist:
As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll oversee wafer production from inception to completion, working with engineers and stakeholders to achieve world class cycle times. You'll also monitors and record data at various points in production to help in identify and correct problem areas.
This technician will work a 12-hour day OR night shift with a "3on-4off-4on-3off" alternating schedule.
Competitive starting base pay plus a differential of up to 15%, as well as overtime and bonus eligibility.
The Day-to-Day:
- Operate equipment in various semiconductor process areas such as photolithography, etch, wet cleans, CVD, PVD, CMP, metrology, and others.
- Perform inspection, test, minimal repair, troubleshooting, and operation of several process tools or tool clusters of a complex nature
- Provide technical assistance to operations management to help resolve tool problems.
- Correct improper operation of equipment and take corrective action.
- Write and update operating procedures as needed.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
- Excellent mechanical skills or aptitude and effective communication skills.
- Ability to stand for 12 hours at a time, wear full clean room attire, and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
