Flex-Tec Inc. is a significant assembler of wiring harnesses
for major industries. We are located in Byromville, Georgia. The company has
been in operation since 1985. Flex-Tec is recruiting entry level and above
production employees. Experience with wiring, electrical diagrams, or wiring
harnesses is a plus. The Company provides training in quality wiring production
(ISO-9001) and wiring certification.   

Preferred Qualities include:  

Assemble wiring harnesses according to specifications with 100% compliance  

Experience with wiring harnesses  

Being a self-starter  

Good verbal and written skills  

The ability to read a tape measure and do simple math  

The ability to work overtime and Saturday as needed  

Responsibilities : 

Assemble wiring harnesses according to specifications with 100% compliance  

Completing production logs and hourly inspections  

Job Involves: 

Standing and sitting during the shift  

Meeting or exceeding the production rate
