Who are we looking for? 

A highly motivated and persuasive individual who wants to join our Inside Sales team with the end goal of transitioning into Outside Sales! The ideal candidate should have sales support experience with a high attention to detail and above all persistence. The ability to follow up in a timely manner is crucial to reaching target goals in this role. Typically, this position would be initially in an office environment however under current COVID-19 conditions, work is remote via home office set-up. Eventual hybrid of remote/in-office work schedule can be anticipated in the upcoming year. Extensive travel can be expected after 3+ months of hire for in-field training and sales support.

 

What you will be doing:

The purpose of this role will be to become a Regional Sales Manager (RSM).  The Inside Sales Support Representative to Outside Sales Representative/Manager role is initially responsible for supporting field sales staff, facilitating quotes and sales inquiries and promoting doors and parts to increase sales. Initially the Inside Sales Support Representative communicates with and supports existing end users, dealers, installers, prospective customers, Technical/Customer Support, Customer Care, Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Vertical Sales Directors (VSD) and the Rytec Dealer Network. Over the course of 3-12 months following experience with product training/knowledge and inside sales support activities, the candidate will transition into field sales activities as a Sales Assistant with ultimate goal of becoming Regional Sales Manager and relocating to a selected region (TBD).
