Assist in managing corporate financial matters (internal & external reporting & compliance) including, but not limited to, Internal Controls, Policies & Procedures, General Ledger, Inventory, A/P, A/R and Payroll, Budgeting/forecasting, Cost accounting, analysis and reporting, Coordinate and prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements, and submit to executive management for review.


Incumbent will manage, supervise and develop Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Payroll and Staff Accountant personnel.

 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibility will included, but not limited to,  Internal Controls, General Ledger, monitoring accuracy & compliance with co. policies and procedures of Inventory , PPE, A/P, A/R and Payroll; Cash Flow management, analysis & reporting; Budgeting/forecasting and maintain budget. vs. actual variances and reporting thereof; Cost accounting, analysis (i.e. Percentage of Completion Job/Work Order revenue/cogs recognition, Work Order p&l analysis),and reporting; Coordinate and Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements, and submit to executive management for review. Ad-Hoc financial management reporting, special projects, etc. as requested by executive management.

 

Accountability:

•Integrity of General Ledger and Financial Management reporting
•Integrity of Internal Controls
•Timely preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, year-end financial statements
•Budgeting/forecasting, and monitoring (Budget vs. Actual) variances
•Inventory control and analysis
•Payroll review and analysis

•Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable related matters

•Fixed Asset/Capital Expenditure Analysis, budgeting and tracking





KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

 

EDUCATION:

B.S. Accounting, CPA desirable

 

EXPERIENCE: 5 years minimum experience as a Controller or Finance Manager in a manufacturing, and/or service environment.

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Must have excellent Computer skills (primarily MS Office, SQL, ERP Systems). Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong attention to detail and an analytical aptitude. Must be self motivated, flexible team player and must be able to work under pressure. Must be extremely organized.
