Job Summary
The Assembler will assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications experience with fitting and welding Socket Weld Pipe.

Essential Job Functions
- Accountable and Responsible for quality work.
- Follow Work Instructions and Drawings/Schematics to build unit and ensure product is built correctly.
- Responsible for being a positive example and champion for all aspects of KW International
- Responsible for completing orders: Build, inspect and test,
- Must be able to fit and weld socket weld pipe
- Wire or Tube components and product using a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Regular use of tools such as Torque drivers, Drills, Screwdrivers, Wrenches, Soldering Guns, Crimpers, Wire Strippers, and other handheld tools.
- Maintains work area daily, has basic understanding of 5S.
- Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and more according to directions.
- Reads blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications.
- Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
- Maintains equipment and conveyors and performs basic repairs when needed.
- Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed.
- Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to complete logs or records.
- Must be able to read and follow detailed instructions and diagrams.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and work well as a productive member of a team.
- Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.
- Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.
- Ability to read measuring tape, basic blueprints, schematics, drawings, sketches, and manuals.
- Must have ability to read and write, speak, and communicate in English to understand and follow work and safety instructions.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2-years experience
- Report to work on time and as scheduled.

- Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must have manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as directed.
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Must be able to regularly speak, hear and use vision abilities
- Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
- Must wear safety equipment (gloves, hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses and ear protection).
