JOB SUMMARY |

Performs work at a station and/or in a work cell to produce quality fittings and/or quality hose assemblies through the following duties: |
|

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
- Reading and following operator instruction sheets, routers and quality bulletins.
- Performs daily and weekly preventative maintenance as required by job assignment.
- Maximizes production by following process flow procedures and performing tasks at or above production standards.
- Maintains quality through statistical methods as required by the job assignment and recognizes a defective part and takes all steps to contain that part.

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
- Must have an ability to plan and make decisions within limitations of standard procedure. Must recognize deviation from routine.
- Maintains a safe environment, an acceptable attendance and overtime worked record and approaches all duties with a cooperative attitude.
- Training needs are identified through the applicable training matrix.
- Performs other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES |
|
- All job duties will be performed in accordance with all company safety policies. The employee will be required to stand and be able to lift up to a maximum of 40 lbs. All job duties will be done to assure that the product is made at the highest quality, the lowest cost, delivered on time and with world class service

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS |
|
- The successful employee for this position will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and/or be able to successfully complete designated selection exams and/or successfully complete a panel interview
|
