The pay range is $85,500.00 - $153,900.00

A role on the Enterprise Insights team means you will be a champion of insights about our current and future guests, inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. Under your leadership, your team will help partners build consumer-centric marketing and communications strategies, develop impactful creative and activations, and monitor brand risk and reputation.
The Guest Audience Insights team within Enterprise Insights focuses on understanding consumer behaviors, attitudes, needs, and motivations across Target’s core businesses. We provide understanding, empathy, and insight of our guests and consumers in the development of business and communication strategies.
As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will report to the Director, Guest Opportunity & Measurement. You will have responsibility for creating Enterprise-wide understanding of our guests based on who they are, how they shop, and how they feel. Your work on the Guest Opportunity & Measurement team will drive strategic business decisions about who to grow with based on an in-depth understanding of guest opportunities.
You will be responsible for designing and executing guest or consumer research, scoping and interpreting guest and sales analytics, and integration of first-party and third-party analytics to support key initiatives. You will partner with internal team members and external partners to execute work. Most importantly, you will learn the fundamentals of Insights and retail.

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of work experience in experience in Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, and/or Data Analytics
Knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated, and/or third-party insights tools
Ability to analyze consumer data and communicate findings in a compelling way to leaders and cross-functional partners
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
