Responsibilities:

• Serve as an integral part of the Finance & Controlling team that influences and controls all aspects of the business
• Provide leadership and support to the business in the areas of sales forecasting, operative planning, costing, working capital management, investment, etc.
• Initiate analysis to identify opportunities to drive new business & cost reduction activities
• Responsible for preparing and reporting Segment P&L and Customer P&L to upper Management
• Looks for ways of improving Operational Result and offsetting negative effects (e.g. in case of volume losses)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent required
• CPA or CMA designation preferred but not required
• Prior experience in manufacturing environment is required
• Proficiency in computer and related software programs (SAP, MS Office tools)
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Costing, Profitability Analysis, General Accounting in a manufacturing environment.
