SUMMARY

The Senior Logistician will provide with services in support of Depot Logistics, Integration, Assembly, Deployment, and de-Installation of Equipment, Integration and Consolidation, Continuity of Operations Plan, and Property Book management. The Contractor will also provide headquarters support with GFP and other onsite logistics requirements.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ensures compliance with hand receipt holders on regulatory requirements of the Command Supply Discipline Program.

Coordinates office space, equipment storage space, equipment. movement, and execution of the fielding with Army units and other activities.

Reviews packing lists, receiving documentation, bills of lading, inspection reports, and other actions for material receipts against contract orders to verify accuracy of equipment received, quantity, and other pertinent data.

Provides and assists in setting up a standard baseline as a logistician.

Provides and assists in setting up spreadsheets for the program.

Aids in managing installations for base/post/camp/station projects.

Manages all warehouse and logistics processes include shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing of materials according to Army and program policies and procedures.

Develops and updates reoccurring reports including Weekly Summary, Situation Report, Memorandum for Records,

Maintains staff notes and contracting support documents.

Serves as an expert logistics management specialist, including directing, developing, and performing logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, and evaluating the execution of IPS. for major complex systems that encompass new and emerging technologies or complicated fielding requirements.

Retains knowledge of transition equipment and software, product support plans, Basis of Issue Plan Feeder Data, Lifecycle Sustainment Plan, Maintenance (Depot Level, Direct Support and Organizational level technical supply, maintenance warranty or organic maintenance, maintenance of Program of Record and Non-Standard Equipment (NS-E).

Attains DAWIA Level I, II, or III Acquisition Lifecycle Logistics if needed.

Performs analyses and develops ILS management plans to support acquisition and life cycle support requirements planning.

Responsible for accurate input of all aspects of property accountability related to Materiel Fielding.

Oversees successful fielding accomplishment of issuing equipment in accordance with approved BOIP.

Possess knowledge in warehousing management, receipt, inventory, and storage of equipment; automated inventory control and processing; automated reporting of failure data; automated configuration management support.

Conducts 100% inventory of TDA/office equipment and provide for/execute internal management control procedures for property accountability.

Serves as technical advisor on logistics within organization, ILS, and acquisition communities.

Transitions equipment from integrator(s) to USG PBOs.

Provides inventory, management, and entry of data through DPAS.

Supports the development of appropriate performance metrics for product support arrangements and product support functions and contribute to the reporting and evaluation system to determine product support effectiveness.

Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.

Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Master’s degree and seven (7) years of relevant work experience, or Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years relevant work experience.

Experience interacting with Army stakeholders supporting similar scope and scale of services is preferred.

Experience working successfully within a mature shared services-based capability for enterprise-level customers is preferred.

information.

Demonstrates working knowledge using complex analytic methodologies, such as structured analytic techniques or alternative approaches, to examine biases, assumptions, and theories to eliminate uncertainty, strengthen analytic arguments, and mitigate surprise.

Knowledgeable with Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and the GCSS-Army interface.

Experience with acquisition logistics and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).

Knowledge of Integrated Product Support (IPS), acquisition logistics documentation.

Well versed with evaluating and troubleshooting auditable issues LMP, and GCSS-Army and other inventory tracking systems for PM IEN.

Possesses a working knowledge of Logistics Support Analysis doctrine, regulations, policies, and procedures required to support the Product Support Manager.

Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.

Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.

Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
