Description

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis in the Breast Tray Pack Area.

Tasks

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis. The position is responsible to assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility. This position is responsible to set up their line(s) for production and any other duties assigned by Management. This position will be able to complete each job in the Breast Tray Pack area. This position will manifest product, making labels for skids/product and verify inventories. This position is also required to complete various log sheets. This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, or humid conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis.

**This position requires basic math and computer skills.

** Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork

**Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc.

Preferred Skills

Forklift experience preferred, but not required.

Team lead or line lead experience preferred but not required.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent another certificate preferred, but not required.

Prior poultry experience preferred but not required.
