Job Summary

The main goal in this position is to lead the warehouse team into being an efficient effective group while performing day to day operations of a parts warehouse.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Load and unload daily deliveries and outgoing packages.

• Check in emergency and daily orders in a timely manner using a parts scanner or manual posting if need arises.

• Supervise drivers and warehouse personnel to accomplish daily tasks and deliveries.

• Make sure inventory is arranged in an orderly manner and put stock orders away daily In the correct locations.

• Must have computer knowledge , we would prefer prior inventory control knowledge if possible CDK/ADP experience would be a plus.

• Ability to lift heavy packages with and without assistance, prefer forklift experience also.

• Goal oriented and desire to complete assigned tasks .

• Process and return Cores and shipping containers to each supplier.

• There may be other tasks not outlined that management may be performed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a warehouse setting

• Knowledge of inventory control and systems

• Ability to lift 75 pounds

• Experience in auto or diesel parts field
