Job Description
Perform duties as Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for one or more programs. As the CPSO the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include personal, physical, technical, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in Department of Defense policy and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and others as applicable.

Design, develop, write and coordinates requirements across multiple programs related to physical security standards. Provide technical guidance and recommendations in the methods and techniques required to meet ICD 705 and DoD Manual 5205.07 Volume 3 construction standards for secure facilities.

Design, develop, review and edit fixed facility checklists (FFC), TSWA, & PDS approvals for unit facilities and operations. Attend facility design reviews and pre-construction meetings and advise on appropriate accreditation criteria. Create and submit accreditation requests and prepare approval letters for accreditation official signature.

Support a robust testing program to include the review and contribution to security test plans.

Knowledge of computer and communications security a plus.

Secret Clearance with an investigation within the past 6 years.
Basic Qualifications
• Change management experience and process-discipline skillsets.
• Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705.
• Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.

This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within a sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.
Desired skills
Knowledge of JADE, DISS, SIMS, and security clearances. Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.

A self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.

Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $82,100 - $157,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $94,500 - $178,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
