Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety regulations and standards.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive measures.
• Handle inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical school or certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Confirmed experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
