Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety regulations and standards.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive measures.
- Handle inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical school or certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Confirmed experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
