Pay Range: $89,000-$126,000

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

  • Lead a team of demand planners and monitor the daily operations of the demand planning function
  • Continually balances workload bandwidth across demand planners to ensure flow and accuracy
  • Provides direction to team using established policies and procedures
  • Govern the development and upkeep of functional SOPs to ensure accuracy and relevancy
  • Develop and lead new employee onboarding process
  • Oversee the development of the item level forecast as part of the monthly planning cycle to ensure demand reasonability across portfolio (mix) for a rolling 18 months
  • Manage parameters/inputs into forecast tool to drive item level accuracy
  • Track key growth drivers and analyze performance (vs. Budget, Prior Year, Prior Cycle)
  • Partner with Sales, Brand and Finance to develop accurate brand level demand plans
  • Monitor performance against collaborative forecast assumptions and enforce adjustments as necessary
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Responsible for improved year on year forecast accuracy improvements
  • Lead and/or participate in the Monthly S&OP meetings (weekly S&OE and monthly Demand & Supply Reviews)
  • Partner with functional leaders to develop and lead implementation of continuous process improvements
  • Accountable for timely completion of projects and impact of results
  • Collaborate closely with supply planning partners to minimize cost and improve efficiency
  • Drive the development and enhancement of demand planning process and tools
  • Participate in evaluating new technologies to ensure the advancement of technology architecture and data within organizational Business Intelligence needs
  • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
  • Development of scenario plans as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
