The Process Improvement Manager of WFS Transportation Business Operations is a leadership role that is responsible for the growth and management of our Inbound and Middle Mile service offering. As key interface between our Consolidation Centers, Transportation Providers and the WFS business, This Manager will own the daily performance of our inbound service providers as well as process improvement.

Program/Operations Ownership: Take ownership of multiple inbound transportation programs, including planning, execution, and optimization to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Transportation Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of both ocean and ground transportation modes to develop and implement strategic transportation plans that optimize routing, minimize costs, and meet service level agreements.
Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and resolve any transportation-related issues in a timely manner.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve inbound transportation processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility throughout the supply chain.
Data Analysis: Analyze transportation data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, industry standards, and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.

You have related experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, Product Management, Analytics, or related field.
You are a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and an ability to deal with ambiguity.
You have an attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced start-up like environment.
You have Supply Chain experience and/or a manufacturing background.
You have an understanding of end-to-end supply chain management (scheduling, warehousing, fulfillment).
You have a strategic mindset with ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems.
You are analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions, and thirst for continuous improvement
You have an ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures.
You have demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary.
You are assertive, adaptable and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
You are proficient in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
You have strong experience in SQL or other data querying languages.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 years) in transportation management, with expertise in both ocean and ground transportation modes.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in transportation data analysis, KPI monitoring, and performance metrics.
Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software applications.
Strong understanding of transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
TRAVEL
This role will require up to 30% domestic travel to fulfillment centers

Sunnyvale, California US-08479/San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
