Responsibilities:

• Co-development of new manufacturing processes, equipment and fixtures.

• Build required Complex Catheter samples for testing and validation needs.

• Create initial manufacturing procedures, routers and route sheets.

• Own training of new process to product builders for scheduled builds.

• Create and build samples for machine and process development efforts.

• Troubleshooting manufacturing processes.

• Inspection and test method development.

• Product inspection / testing, data collection, data entry and basic analysis

• Manufacturing metric data collection and reporting.

• Review device history records for accuracy and lot traceability.

• Coordination of projects including shipping, procurement and resource need communication.

• Execute IQ, protocols and reports.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and understand work instructions.

• Ability builds and assembly complex assemblies.

• Associate degree in engineering or science preferred. (may substitute experience for degree)

• End-user skills with MS Word/Excel, SAP, Oracle Agile PLM;

• Math skills: arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry;

Preferred

• Quality experience, preferable in medical device or similar industry that has requirements for lot history control.

• SolidWorks drafting and design experience.

• Understanding of engineering drawings; GD&T training.
