Sunshine Quality Solutions is actively seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment for our valued customers and dealers. Reporting to various levels of management, you will execute service tasks with occasional guidance. Responsibilities

In this role, you will diagnose and repair agricultural and turf equipment, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of John Deere and competitor products. Responsibilities also include maintaining inventory and tools, keeping a clean workspace, and performing tasks in an organized manner. Participation in mandatory Service EDUCATE Training programs is essential, as is completing all required reports and forms.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in service repairs
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using specialized tools and following technical manuals
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural equipment
• Competency in using service advisor and basic computer functions
• Ability to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• High School Diploma and valid driver’s license
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in service repairs
• Basic Service Technician certification
• Forklift license

Physical Requirements

Successful performance of duties may require:

• Extended periods of sitting/standing while operating computer or telephone
• Specific vision abilities for reading computer screens and documents
• Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 75 lbs.
