Department: Assembly

Position reports to: Plant Manager

Summary: Supervises and coordinates the work of Assembly employees. Assigns work, prepares schedules and oversees the work product. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Ensures the operations and employees follow proper policies and procedures as well as promotes and maintains a safety-oriented environment.

Job Duties:
1. Accomplishes manufacturing goals by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
2. Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems
3. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control point, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements:
1. Education: High School Diploma
2. Experience: 3-5 Years
3. Must be able to work morning shifts
4. Additional knowledge or skills: Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision
