We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Consultant to join our Revenue Cycle Leadership team at McKesson – US Oncology. As a core member of the team, you will collaborate with Practice, Network Support, and Revenue Cycle stakeholders to optimize and standardize network-wide Revenue Cycle business processes. Your expertise will be crucial in driving change management initiatives, implementing key projects, and delivering sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable results.
**This role does require 50% travel
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Practice Operations and Revenue Cycle leadership, project champions, and process owners to drive change management initiatives and operationalize key projects.
- Facilitate complex meetings, presentations, and trainings for audiences at all levels of the business.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to drive innovation in new technologies, payment model initiatives, and practice management system advancements.
- Support system training initiatives and contribute to curriculum development.
- Provide support during practice management system transitions/upgrades, ensuring adoption, transformation, and stabilization using a Six Sigma approach.
- Serve as a Revenue Cycle network resource for new business integrations.
- Develop and publish workflow documentation such as Reference Guides, Job Aids, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Act as a trusted advisor to members of Practice Operations and Revenue Cycle Leadership.
- Monitor and communicate the results of process improvement projects/initiatives to management and the Executive Leadership Teams.
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years
Critical Skills
- Minimum 4 + years of Healthcare Team Lead/Sr experience
- Extensive subject matter expertise in Revenue Cycle Operations (Patient Facing and Non-Patient Facing).
- Demonstrated experience as an agent of change and transformation.
- Ability to coach others in process improvement frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong background in process improvement and workflow development.
- Proficient in data analysis, including identifying relevant data sources and gathering and analyzing data for process change initiatives.
Additional Skills
- Experience working with Athena IDX (Centricity Business), Centricity Practice (G4), or Unlimited Financials.
- Experience working with iKnowMed (G2) - Preferred.
- Six Sigma Certification - Preferred.
- Project Management experience - Preferred.
Salary: 86,100.00 - 114,800.00 - 143,500.00 USD Annual (Target 120K with 15% MIP)
