JOB SUMMARY:
A Builder assembles cabinets at quality standards using various tools and fixtures.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Use air tools, hot melt glue, jigs, and other equipment to assemble cabinets to
  specifications
• Check components and assembled cabinets for quality standards
• Use scanning system to account for cabinets produced
• Accurately interpret production labels and assemble packing trays
• Maintain a safe work environment, including housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to identify cabinet types, wood species, finishes, and color variances
• Ability to use basic math concepts and read a standard tape measure

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.

Required Physical Ability:

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Frequent bending, crouching, pulling, and pushing
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 30lb, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lb
