Sr. Inventory Associate

Location: West Sacramento, CA, USA - 3775 Seaport Blvd

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 am. - 4:30 p.m. Monthly Rotational Saturdays are required. Overtime is mandatory when required. Shift subject to change based on needs of business

Full-time, permanent. Benefit eligible.

Our Distribution Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sr. Inventory Associate to join our team. ​This is a fantastic chance to work for an organization that has the rare mix of fun; yet high-paced and provides a professional work environment.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Research process to diagnose inventory discrepancies and report findings with corrective solution(s).

  • Oversees the filled and billed process and ensures contractual data is being submitted to customers daily.

  • Ensures financial transactions are reconciled between the pharmacy system Balance on Hand and SAP database.

  • Initiates communication between Finance/Accounting teams with SAP to resolve promptly.

  • Oversees a small group of team members in the product decrement process, handling the removal of expired/damaged and non-returnable products.

  • Review daily reports to ensure the product will be on hand for specialty patients the next day, tracking and prioritizing the site’s reclamation process and dispositions for credit returns.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years of similar inventory experience in a warehouse or distribution center. Internal employees must have at least 3 months of service to be eligible

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication

  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office

  • RF Scanner, Inventory and SAP software experience preferred

  • Able to read and interpret computer generated reports

  • Good mathematical skills

  • Experience in analyzing data and operational conditions in real-time and adjusting as needed

  • Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills with keen attention to detail in a fast paced environment with changing priorities

  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

  • Ability to perform continuous and repetitive work

  • Must be quality driven, organized, punctual, committed, and detail oriented

Working Conditions:

  • General office and warehouse environment

Physical Demands (all or some may be required for position):

  • Ability to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)

  • Ability to lift 20-40 pounds repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance; ability to lift greater weights in a team lift (weight varies based on product)

  • May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day.

  • May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.

  • May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.

  • Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.

  • May work in refrigerated/cold areas

  • Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$19.82 - $33.04
