Job Functions

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

  • Focus will be to cultivate new sales and rental opportunities with  new accounts
  • Increase Off-Highway Productivity and Profit Margins
  • Supervise all Off-Hwy Service Technicians at designated location

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Open and Close RO’s
  2. Schedule Service Work
  3. Visit Customers in Kansas and Oklahoma
  4. Administer Technician Training and Development
  5. Supervise All Off-Highway Technicians at designated location
  6. Assist in negotiating the sale of company owned rental assets when opportunity arises.

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

 

Minimum Education

An undergraduate degree (preferably in business or in a related subject), or

 

Minimum Work Experience 

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales and/or management in the field of power generation, oilfield, and heavy equipment.

    12. Possess strong proficiencies with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Access, Explorer, Etc.)
    13. An excellent negotiator who is experienced in contracts.
