Description

As a Retail Store Associate at our Textron Aviation branded merchandise retail store, you'll be providing excellent service, and helping our new and repeat clients shop for logo merchandise in a boutique setting. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, strong customer service skills and proactively manage tasks with minimal oversight. This position can be full time (30-32 hours/week) or part time. We offer flexible hours and weekends off. We do offer PTO and benefits for full-time employees. 

Job Duties:

• Greet customers with a warm and genuine smile.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customers’ needs and inquiries.
• Assis customers in finding the right products, offering advice, and providing a friendly checkout experience.
• Keep our store looking its best by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
• Restock shelves, manage inventory, and assist with merchandising to showcase our products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.

• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Previous retail experience

• Ability to perform tasks following established processes.
