Oversee day-to-day operations of corporate accounting function. Supervise and develop the existing accounting staff which includes hands-on involvement in the General Ledger, Cash, Accounts Receivable, Prepaids, Inventory, Expenses and Accruals, Taxes, Reserves etc. including ongoing performance reviews. Timely monthly closings, financial statement preparation, and review. Preparation and review of journal entries and account reconciliations as part of month-end close. Assist with external audit. Assist FP&A and/or operating divisions with the investigation of unusual and/or significant items. Organize and lead special projects. Assist in acquisition due diligence and integration. Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
· 6+ years of related experience, 5+ years supervisory experience
· Ability to work with large amounts of computer data
· Effective communication skills – oral, written and presentation
· Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley
· Strong work ethic and proven ability to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
· This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Skills and Experience:
· CPA Certificate strongly preferred
