Position Summary
The Lifestyle & Experiential Marketing Associate Manager will work on the fastest growing Mexican Import Beer Brands in the U.S., supporting brand strategy & activation approach in sports, music, entertainment, and brand partnerships. This role will assist the Brand Activation Manager, Lifestyle & Experiential Marketing, in the development of a brand activation strategy, multicultural marketing efforts, & culturally relevant initiatives while managing internal cross functional processes and communications to drive best-in-class programs. This position will support the Manager by enhancing each brand’s existing brand platforms and in identifying new activation platforms to drive awareness and growth with the brand’s target consumer. The Associate will serve as a conduit across the entire Beer Division Marketing team and U.S. Sales team helping to ensure consistency and activation excellence across all brand platforms. The successful candidate will have the ability to consistently innovate, have a keen understanding of the target consumer, and help develop processes that maximize resources across our strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day partnership operations including activation & experiential strategy, budget management, agency management, creative & brand approvals, internal communications, as well as ticket management and distribution.
- Support the development of strategic planning and larger brand platform strategies focused on sports, music, and other key consumer passion points.
- Leverage consumer insights to build strategic platforms and plans by utilizing talent, partners, and consumer passion points.
- Project manage multi-cultural marketing campaigns within key brand platforms, including planning, content development, experiential activation, and talent integration.
- Serve as the centralized support mechanism across the Sales & Field Marketing teams ensuring all groups are provided the right national sponsorship tools for regional and local execution.
- Assist the Manager with strategy & experiential agencies - writing briefs, providing direction on activations, and overseeing budget & agency processes.
- Champion the implementation of measurement, evaluation, and valuation tools across all current and future partnerships.
- Serve as a key point of contact with Brand marketing and the greater cross-functional beer marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency across the sponsorship portfolio.
- Development, distribution, and presentation of internal communications around key platforms and sponsorships, including activation overviews, toolkits, and recaps for cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Support the Manager in the creation of strategic planning as needed for development of key platform strategies, ROI analysis, and optimized activation approach.
- Facilitate communication, best-practice sharing and cohesive approach across key existing properties and new properties as opportunities emerge.
- Collect feedback from key stakeholders across the business to identify best practices and opportunities for future executions.
- Seek out and is informed of latest consumer engagement trends across social, experiential, venue technology, festival technology, and sports/music industries.
- Manage and Oversee Brand x L&E Program Budgets; P&L, Vendors, Invoices, and Payments.

Qualifications
- Passion for Sports, Culture, Trends, Brand Partnerships, and Events and how these areas drive brand building and growth.
- Creative, innovative and enthusiastic self-starter with ability to multi-task, problem solve, and anticipate project needs.
- 2-3 years or more of relevant marketing experience with an emphasis on multicultural marketing and/or consumer-centric marketing campaigns. Sports, CPG, or Bev Alc experience preferred.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, as well as external business partners.
- Strong budget management skills and experience working with a P&L and large budgets.
- Proven success working in a cross-functional team environment and driving processes with results across multiple stakeholders internal and external.
- Proven track record of bringing creative new ideas and programs to keep brand programming fresh and relevant.
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, brand strategy and how to implement it across various consumer touchpoints.
- Ability to write a brand brief and deliver feedback to agencies in a succinct and efficient manner.
- Strong communication skills across all forms of communication (written, presentation) with varying audiences (marketing/sales leadership sponsorship partners and agencies).
- Understanding of or willingness to learn the Alc Bev Industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study. Ability and willingness to travel 25% of time.

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must be able to travel by plane or train for long distance.
- Must be able to work in a professional corporate office environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear.
- Must have close vision, distant vision, ability to adjust focus, peripheral and color vision.
- Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods.

MarketingThe salary range for this role is:
$78,800.00 - $118,200.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
