Pay Range: $17/hr - $25/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:50 AM - 2:20 PM

Summary: Manage the input, output, and security of spare parts, perishable tooling, fasteners, and PPE, and perform general administrative data-entry and production inventory support tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Receive and Store - spare parts, perishable tooling, fasteners, specialized tools/gauges, and PPE
Maintain & Organize Inventory – ensure inventory quantities are promptly updated, perform periodic physical inventory audits, label and store inventory items in way that is easily searchable and appropriately housed
Issue Requested Items – to authorized personnel, keeping record of each transaction (who, when, why)
Oversee the Return of Issued Specialized Tools/Gauges – periodically audit sign-out of tooling/gauges to ensure accountability of company owned items
Responsible for security of items – keep caged area locked and perform daily checks for deliveries requiring allocation to the caged area.
Informs purchasing planner if supplies drop below established levels
Assist with packaging materials inventory management, and assist with customer-owned container inventory
Data Entry – enter data into designated media for a variety of purposes/departments, including production performance data, SPC data, machine downtime etc
Administrative Tasks – create, update, and submit NAFTA and other similar product origination declarations, updating customer portals/websites such as CLIPS.
Perform layered process audits
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
