Job Summary
General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in proven, reliable, remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems.With general supervision, this position is responsible for the administration of operational aspects of ongoing projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate detailed and comprehensive flight and ground operations procedures, ensuring full compliance with DCMA 8210 regulations.
- Coordinate project timelines and milestones, ensuring all key stakeholders are informed and involved.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, and clients to resolve challenges and optimize outcomes.
- Act as a representative of our organization in external collaborations
- Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
- Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
- Stay adept with evolving software and technical tools.
- Continuously improve documentation/communication policies and procedures.
- Maintains process documentation and department training materials.
- Collaborative training of peers as needed.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory obligations in all business activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
- Must demonstrate a basic understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
- Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
- Adaptable to evolving environments and contributing to new processes.

- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
