The Client Services Representative will work directly with multiple Healthcare Sales Consultants to process orders, provide product information, problem solve, and expedite orders for their customer base.

Responsibilities Include:

• Receive, verify, and process orders from sales consultants and external customers

• Assist with customer inquiries such as order status, shipping information, product availability, and pricing.

• Identify sales opportunities through conversations with customers and communicate them with sales consultants.

• Investigate customer discrepancies to determine or make suggestions for corrective action.

• Act as a liaison between all internal departments for the customers and sales consultants.

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2-5 years of customer service-related experience.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
