The Product Manager - Fire Protection Products provides leadership in the formulation of product line strategy and growth programs to enhance sales growth and profitability. The Product Manager must have a strong knowledge of fire protection customers, and understand their needs, as well as a thorough understanding of the dynamics of selling these products in the marketplace.

 

The incumbent will own the overall product strategy, as well as be responsible for the team’s efforts in maximizing sales, profitability and continuing ASC Engineered Solutions world-class customer satisfaction and relations.  The position will be primarily focused on the Flexhead, FPPI, and fire adjacent product lines such as weld O-lets and valves.

 

Additionally, the ideal candidate has the proven ability to drive innovation from ideation through the new product development process, identify product adjacencies, cost savings initiatives & product rationalization opportunities. The successful candidate will have ambition, drive, strong technical knowledge, and experience in the product management arena. A highly entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency with a passion for the industry is desirable, along with a drive to grow both personally and professionally.
