PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Focus on planning and purchasing intercompany materials in accordance with purchasing regulations and procedures
• Understand forecasts and planned demand and fulfill by purchasing from Intercompany Facilities
• Manage system recommended action messages
• Create and maintain transfer orders between NOV plants
• Manage Intercompany Supplier Relationships
• Communicate needs to other departments to ensure that actions are being taken with urgency to produce and deliver parts on time.
• Maintain PO system dates and communicate with production planners and CSR’s notifying them of any delays; work together to reschedule as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle the escalation process when a deviation from plan occurs
• Attend required production meetings
• Review non-conformances and engineering changes to rework parts as required
• Participate in process improvement projects
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years prior relevant experience.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience is preferred in lieu of degree.
• ERP System experience, basic to advanced knowledge level preferable

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Microsoft Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel (V-Lookup and pivot tables) is required.
• Must be able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
• Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated. 
• Must be capable of managing multiple priorities and projects at the same time.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed standards as established by the department.
• Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties.
