At the Redwitz location, we are looking for a committed and experienced team leader (m/f/d):

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the material and production planning for the Supply Chain division at Redwitz site.
• You lay the foundation for successful planning activities and a smooth supply chain with maximum customer satisfaction by securing efficient processes and functioning interfaces as well as continuous optimization.
• You will be responsible for the management and (further) development of a team of approx. 4 employees.
• You identify challenges within the planning activities or within the supply chain, find or support adequate solutions and drive them forward in a targeted manner.
• You will analyze, monitor and report data that is relevant to the success of the department.

Requirements for the role :

• Bachelor’s degree in the Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing discipline or equivalent.
• Leadership experience combined with a strategic mindset and business acumen.
• Demonstrable experience in driving organisational transformation and change by engaging, influencing, and motivating individuals across a diverse, and fluid organisation, with wide business impact.
• Several years of relevant professional experience within the Supply Chain Management, ideally in material and production planning in an international context.
• Good knowledge in SAP andf MS Office.
• Fluent in German and very good English skills.
• A strong customer orientation, high communication skills in an international, dynamic environment, great motivation for process optimisation and working with key figures as well as a structured, reliable and independent, but also team-oriented way of working round off your profile.
