ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support SPVG including: Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Design for Excellence and Maintenance Excellence. 
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by improving work methods, labor standards, material flow, and routings. 
• Work with departments on capital projects
• Working with operations and vendors in coordinating schedules, meeting budgets, etc.
• Provide analysis data to procure new or upgrade equipment and tooling to achieve maximum capacity, productivity, and cost reduction

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:

• Computers
• Microsoft Office

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: 

• Ability to work will in a fast paced environment to meet team expectations.
• Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures.  
• Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job.
• Must have a basic understanding of computers.
• Must have reading, writing and simple math skills.
• Good communication skills.
