Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Radar/Sensor Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be the Sensor/Radar subject matter expert within MDA System Design & Specification (SED) that is responsible for a large body of key documentation used by the entire agency including the System Specification.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in the development, management, and planning for current and future capabilities as it relates to Missile Defense Systems requirements development specifically related to radars.

• Review and provide analysis of requirements development, as well as quality checks on analysis, documentation, and presentations related to this area.

• Support technical interchange meeting.

• Provide expertise in systems engineering as it relates to radars.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Master's degree in a STEM discipline and at least 12 years of relevant experience

• Active Secret clearance

• Previous radar/sensor engineering experience, prefer MDA radar/sensor engineering practices and processes

• Basic knowledge of MDS nomenclature, system architecture, and the Subsystems that make-up MDA

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

• Excellent people, organization, management, computer, and leadership skills

• Ability to plan, coordinate, and support product development in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

• Detail oriented and self-starter

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience in System of Systems engineering

• MDA experience

Salary Range:
