Description
As a Marketing Specialist on the Everidge Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating field marketing activities across the nation. From managing the finer details of marketing initiatives to cultivating sponsorship opportunities, organizing hosted events, and supporting lead generation and sales efforts, your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and impactful. This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel to some events, engage with our partners and customers, and represent the Everidge family of brands through various marketing channels. We seek a detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative individual to contribute to our ambitious marketing goals and drive our brand's success.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Lead Generation
- Identify ideal customer profiles for products.
- Optimize lead generation programs, processes, and outreach collateral.
- Train internal partners on lead generation processes and tools.
- Explore new lead generation techniques for expansion.
- Assist Sales Team with nurturing leads through effective communication.
Event Coordination & Execution
- Assist the Sales Team with remote administrative tasks associated with regional events.
- Intake and processing of event requests from Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
- Manage sourcing, transportation, and deployment of event materials, including coordinating post-event follow-up activities.
- Responsible for managing Tier 2 event planning and execution, in addition to Tier 1 event support.
- Tier 2 Management
- Execute standard Tier 2 events such as Rep and Dealer Days, Plant Tours, Lunch & Learns, and virtual meetings.
- Plan and execute events in line with the events calendar and budget parameters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Tier 1 Support
- Coordinate transportation logistics
- Coordinate ordering of product
- Coordinate apparel and merchandise order
- Coordinate infrastructure asset / infrastructure production
- Post event recapping documents
- Collection and cataloguing of event-based content
- Direct event leads to appropriate internal parties
- Submission of event related expenses to appropriate parties
- Tier 2 Management
Sales Enablement
- Partner with Product Manager and Marketing Manager to organize internal training and webinars aimed at enhancing the Sales Team's product knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Teams to align marketing efforts with clear and measurable business objectives.
- Partner with Marketing Manager and external agency partner in creating sales collateral and analyze sales processes for improvement.
Promotional Materials & Marketing Collateral
- Source and oversee the Company store for promotional marketing materials and product literature.
- Management of the Marketing warehouse housing marketing assets and infrastructure for trade shows and events.
- Warehouse organization and maintenance.
- Maintain asset schedule and check-in/out procedures.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare, kit, and ship assets for events.
- Cleaning of assets post-event, if needed.
Additional Duties
- Assist the Marketing Manager with additional tasks, as needed, such as content creation, branding, digital marketing, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Arrange travel accommodation(s) for internal team members for events, when needed.
- Partner with cross functional departments to ensure content is designed to achieve varying objectives.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Sales or Business or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable role, ideally within the foodservice or another related industry.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications, Etc:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining immense attention to detail.
