Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleans industrial / operations areas: ceiling, floor, overhead pipes, and conveyors, filters and any other areas deemed necessary using brushes, air hoses, vacuums, or other tools as needed.
• Keeps office, break room, restrooms, and common areas in clean and orderly condition
• Communicates with management by documenting and reporting irregularities, and facility needs.
• Inventories and orders cleaning and janitorial supplies.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with policies and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks.
• Drives personal vehicle between facilities in Omaha, NE.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Ability to communicate with team members
• Valid drivers license and clean MVR
• At least 1-year previous experience in an industrial janitorial position.
• Ability to work overtime as required by business needs
• Ability to exercise judgment and set priorities
• Be able to take initiative
• Ability to read, write and speak English competently
• maintain positive attitude under sometimes stressful conditions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 25-50 lbs.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm, must have ability to work weekends when required.
