The HR Manager will be part of the HR function to lead and direct the routine functions, including; but not limited to: strategic business partner with leadership team, talent acquisition and hiring staff, administering compensation, talent management, enforcing company policies and practices. The HR Business Partner Manager will also be responsible for overseeing functional strategy implementation and statistical analysis.
Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities:
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- In conjunction with legal, maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Oversees the implementation of the human resource functions strategy and planning.
- Manages the efficiency of the HR information system to ensure employee and organizational data accuracy.
- Champion the Talent Management initiative for the segment
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements
Skills Required:
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources
