Data Analytics Manager

What you will do- This will be hybrid in Glendale, Wisconsin. May be open to remote for the right candidate. This position exists within the Clarios Global IT – global analytics team.
How you will do it
- This role is responsible for plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the process flow of prioritization, design, development, and implementation of reporting and analytics.
- The individual will act as a coach for assigned resources, demand manager for analytics requests, delivery lead for all active projects, and contributor to the advancement of our analytical capabilities.
- Manage project tasks effectively and provide active support to Business Analysts in estimation, risk management and issue resolution
- Develop, maintain, enhance and automate reporting which enables effective business decision making
- Supports regional users in break/fix instances
- Partner with stakeholders, process specialists, and users to elicit and document requirements, understand business priorities, and identify strategic initiatives, to enable the development of effective and timely operational dashboards and analytic solutions
- Management of intake process and resource allocation to most effectively utilize resources to meet customer demand and value realization
- Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
- Leads with a hands-on approach to best understand customer needs while empowering the team to execute regionally.
- Be responsible for user training, super user support, project and department level change management activities
What we look for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in data management, computer science or related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of professional relevant experience in data analytics
- Minimum three (3) years of experience of supervisory duties in data analytics
- End-to-end experience in data warehousing
- Agile delivery experience including both scrum master and product owner responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in creating business values through analytics solutions
- Document functional or data conversion requirements
Preferred
- Manufacturing company experience
- Finance and supply chain experience
- SQL coding
- Power BI or Tableau data visualization building experience
