You’ll hit the ground running with a company truly committed to your growth as you enjoy a special camaraderie on a team dedicated to protecting what really matters.

BAE Systems is actively recruiting for our Contracts Leadership Development Program (CLDP).
Our mission is to cultivate professionals within the Contracts Management organization who are 'action oriented', will lead effective change, and promote innovation within BAE Systems.  The program is 36 month, entry-level, “career launch” program designed to build a strong business skills foundation for a successful career in Contracts.

Job Rotation Travel: The first rotation will take place in New Hampshire or Massachusetts. As part of ensuring diversity in experience and cultures across our BAE Systems sites, we are requiring a minimum of two (2) different geographic locations during your 3 rotations. This mobility is defined as moving away from your first rotational site in New Hampshire/ Massachusetts, which will count towards one (1) geographic location.  Remote based roles will not count towards this mobility requirement. Based on business needs, we may have opportunities for a rotation to:

Personal Growth: The program seeks to facilitate the growth of an individual's leadership skills and style through the various training and networking opportunities.
