About The Role
Essity is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Business Partner. The role is the interface and single point of contact between Business Services and Business/Global Units stakeholders and is responsible, through strong interactions, for sharing reporting and analytics of Service Performance, understanding specific unit objectives and identifying challenges and agreeing joint actions to best contribute. Further the role will work with the Business Services operations, sharing unit specific insights, knowledge and actions where necessary to ensure best possible service delivery. The role is also responsible for leading the handover of any new Global Business Services.

What You Will Do
Builds strong interactions with stakeholders in both management and operational functions and focusses on developing, identifying, analyzing and improving existing general business processes and best practices in collaboration
Provides regular insights to the respective management teams on effectiveness of collaboration and its improvement opportunities supported by reporting and analytics
Manages cross-functional Health and Medical Rebate Team
Leads local & regional coordination of cross Business / Global Unit activities and ensures that aligned ways of working, relates reporting and analytics etc. are in place to support local discussions
Ensures within GBS Service Line interaction where necessary to address stakeholder needs
Responsible for communication to stakeholders on deployed Business Services global / harmonized initiatives, tools & processes
Supports the rollout and adoption of action plans and improvement projects through training, guidance and support as necessary
Ensures that stakeholder feedback is shared across the full GBS Service Line as needed
Back up & supports GBS operational teams where necessary, especially when local or business specific knowledge is required
Who You Are
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
5+ years’ experience in either Finance/Controlling roles including AP & AR, Customer Service Management or HR, ideally in a regional role
Strong application knowledge in SAP, Concur, Learning Compass and other data management systems
Have an external and holistic perspective
