Position Summary: Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, the Team Lead is responsible for conducting and participating in the pre-shift meeting; training new hires and providing update skills training as required for current employees updating performance boards and being prepared to review cell or department progress for GEMBA reviews; recording and reporting hour-by-hour performance; conducting audits of operators and cells and providing performance feedback as required; Performing as a Working Lead and qualified to perform critical jobs within cell or value stream to assist with meeting production requirements; monitoring inventories; conducting 5S audits; and performing other work as assigned by Value Stream Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

Required skills include but are not limited to:

Proficient in Microsoft Applications

• Possess and Maintain High Quality Standards
• Prefer OSHA 10 Certification
• Prefer leadership skills training
• Prefer LEAN/Continuous Improvement background and understanding of basic Lean standards
• Possess working knowledge standard work processes
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
