Position Overview:

            This position is to provide final inspection support utilizing multiple inspection practices and validation methods as well as in-process/receiving inspection product and process verification. 

 

Essential Job Functions:

• Review customer purchase order requirements and specifications for applicability.
• Communicate inspection results to customers as needed.
• Create and utilize inspection programs.
• Familiar with the procedures of APQP / PPAP per AS 9145
• Experience performing first article inspections in accordance with AS9102.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work environment.
• Provide inspection support for outside operations, verification of special processes.
• As needed, assist with blank inspection from internal blanking and blank suppliers

 

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Inspection on all other operations as needed.
• Ability to cross-train others.
• Communication skills to train others as needed.
