Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Keep our inventory records accurate, conduct regular audits, and implement best practices to minimize discrepancies.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with our logistics team to ensure the timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures to guarantee the accuracy and condition of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and providing training on proper equipment and material handling.
  • Warehouse Optimization: Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, order accuracy, and productivity metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software and logistics coordination.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
