The Financial Data Analyst at Clarios is a pivotal role responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights to support informed business decisions. This individual will evaluate financial information, construct financial projections for decision analysis, and advise on financial results. They will also research current market trends and compile data into digestible reports. Their work will involve strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and data visualization tools. This role will be located in Glendale, Wisconsin.

This role is crucial in helping Clarios make strategic financial decisions and improve their financial health.

How you will do it:

• Collect data from various sources, including market data and internal company departments.

• Analyzes financial information to identify relevant insights

• Creates reports for leadership, summarizing findings and trends

• Completes financial modeling using a variety of techniques

• Uses data visualization tools to present information effectively

• Executes timely and precise preparation of all financials

• Develops analysis and reporting tools to support business needs, soliciting and encouraging process, procedure, and equipment improvements from team members.

• Leads or assists in special projects as required throughout the department

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or another related discipline

• 5 years of experience in financial planning, data analysis, or a related role

• Familiarity with recent accounting practices

• Experience with OneStream, Snowflake and PowerBI are preferred

• Hands-on style and willingness to perform a range of detailed work.

• The motivation, adaptability, and professional qualities to work well with individuals in multiple disciplines and across global organizations.

• Microsoft Office proficient, familiarity with Teams using video and audio technology
