Job Title

Talent Acquisition SpecialistThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our manufacturing facilities across the USA, with a focus on high-volume, light industrial positions. This position requires close collaboration with HR and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure we secure the best candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Keep hiring managers informed and provide expert recommendations on interview and hiring decisions.
  • Utilize a variety of techniques and creative methods to identify and attract top passive talent.
  • Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, university and trade school partnerships, social networking sites, alumni networks, internal transfers, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to evaluate both technical and soft skills.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job fairs, trade school partnerships, community events, and other innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders to support long-term talent pipelining plans.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Guide candidates through the entire interview and hiring process, including assessing qualifications, negotiating offers, managing pre-employment requirements, and overseeing onboarding.
  • Coordinate on-site hiring events and site tours for potential employees.
  • Achieve key Talent Acquisition metrics and goals.
  • Maintain all relevant applicant and interview documentation and data in the applicant tracking system (Workday).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Recruiting experience with industry knowledge in manufacturing and high-volume recruiting; preference for experience in engineering, ceramics, materials, or related industries.
  • Minimum of 3 years of overall recruiting experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of corporate recruiting experience.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong customer focus with a consultative approach to working with internal clients.
  • Proven experience in recruiting quality talent within tight timelines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with senior-level executives, hiring managers, and candidates.

Target Hiring Range

Annual Salary: USD 63,500.00 - USD 85,000.00
