Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual with an F certificate for driving to join our team as a Maintenance Technician/Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, as well as assisting with general maintenance tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to various locations
- Perform regular maintenance checks on company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
- Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and other facilities on a regular basis
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, light bulb replacement, and minor repairs
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of employees and visitors
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, cleaning schedules, and safety inspections
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid F certificate for driving
- Previous experience in maintenance, cleaning, or a related field preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
