Job Description
Are you interested in a career in photogrammetry? Do you have a passion for evaluating emerging satellite technologies to improve products, practices, and processes? BAE Systems is seeking a Junior Photogrammetrist to join our team in support of a critical Intelligence Community mission. In this position, you will assist in performing mathematical and statistical analysis on new and current sensors and geolocation systems using photogrammetrically-sound mathematical methods. Key responsibilities include the evaluation, verification and validation of sensors and geolocation systems. As a photogrammetrist, you will (with assistance) leverage expertise in stereo imagery to ensure final precise imagery products meet customer requirements. You will also identify and adapt methods to increase the relative and absolute positioning accuracy of Imagery from sensors to support mono- and stereo-exploitation.Required Skills and Education
- 1-3 years of demonstrated Geomatics experience or experience supporting a DoD or IC Geomatics effort.
- 1-3 years of demonstrated experience using photogrammetric principles supporting a DoD or IC effort.
- Basic understanding Sensor Evaluation processes and procedures supporting a DoD or IC effort.

Preferred Skills and Education
