Summary
As an Associate Automation Engineer, you'll help design, develop and test various hardware systems. You will also troubleshoot prototypes and support the manufacturing processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
- Supporting investigations related to equipment failures and diagnosing and solving faulty operation.
- Collaborating with team members to design and develop hardware systems for various projects.
- Executing on assigned tasks to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals.
- Participating in design reviews and providing feedback to improve product design and quality.
General Tasks
- Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.
- Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.
Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
- Ability to write technical documents such as assembly instructions, test procedures, and test and analysis reports.
- Be able to use electronic design automation (EDA) tools such as Altium Designer or similar tools.
- Possess problem solving skills.
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge; is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge; does well in technical courses and seminars.

Compensation and Benefits
- The salary for this position ranges from $74,400 to $102,000 per year depending on the geographic market.
