Partner with the best

To coordinate the flow of materials (from warehouse and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.

As a Packaging Shop Operator Planning, you will be responsible for:

• Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
• Optimizing inventory and process improvements.
• Being responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance.
• Handling simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.
• Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 1.5 K.

• Have a technical degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have production, manufacturing areas experience.
• Have good written and communication skills.
• Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to work independently.
• Have good problem-solving skills.
