DESIRED SKILLS:

• Good understanding of field devices – Transducers & Final Control elements.
• Good understanding of P&IDs and Logic Diagrams.
• Working knowledge in different industrial communication protocols – Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC DA & UA, etc.
• Basic design knowledge of Electrical & Control system hardware : UPS, System & Marshaling cabinets, etc.
• Should be well versed with IEC 61131 programming languages.
• Hands on experience with Schneider PLCs and Smart Devices
• Experience in developing HMI using AVEVA Plant SCADA (Formerly Citect SCADA) and AVEVA System Platform
• Basic Process knowledge in one or more of the Industry domains : Power, Water treatment, Solid Handling (Metals, Mining & Minerals), Liquid Food, Petroleum/Petro-chemical. 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Work with Marketing & Product owner to analyze Technical requirements.
• Preparation of Product Functional Specification & Design Documents.
• Design, Develop & Test of Function Blocks (EFB, DFB, etc).
• Design, Develop and Test of SCADA Graphics and faceplates.
• Perform estimations for development tasks.
• Develop Control algorithms using Unity Pro/Control Expert.
• Write and perform Unit test cases.
• Provide inputs to technical publication team for documentation. 

• Work Experience : 5-10 years
• Engineering Degree (Masters level preferred) in Instrumentation/Controls or related Engineering
• Working Experience with EcoStruxure Control Expert
• Working Experience with AVEVA Plant SCADA and System Platform
